If returning, we do require you to re-pack the item in its shipping box as you found it. So it’s best to make sure you keep all the packaging in a safe place!
Risk-Free 30-Day Guarantee
Thanks to our risk free 30-day guarantee, you may return any product within 30 days. We’ll even cover your return shipping costs. However, we do require you to keep your original shipping box in case you need to return your Yo-Yo DESK®. For any questions, please call Customer Service:
For EU Customers: Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days or within 5-7 days if you paid via EFT/ACH/Wire Transfer upon return receipt of your Yo-Yo Desk® product.
Minimum 3 Year Warranty
All Yo-Yo DESK® solutions come with a limited, minimum 3-year product warranty from the date of purchase if through our website www.yo-yodesk.co.uk.

Warranty Repairs: Any failure from normal usage will be repaired free of charge and Yo-Yo DESK® will return or replace the product to you directly at no extra cost. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user's ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, repairs and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk free period.
Warranty Returns: Returns outside of the initial 30-day guarantee window, but within the 3-year product warranty window, may require customers to pay the freight costs to send the product(s) back to our warehouse.
Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced under our Risk Free 30-Day Guarantee. We always ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.

Once the item is rerouted back to our warehouse and we verify receipt, you will be issued with a full refund. This usually takes between 8-10 days.
